This polymerised, polynucleotide-based injectable gel works by stimulating fibroblasts, encouraging cell turnover, improving elasticity, boosting collagen production and hydrating the skin.
Our Polynucleotide treatment is a cruelty-free gel that contains small fragments of DNA derived from salmon or fresh water fish.
This product boasts exceptional versatility, offering a wide array of applications including treatment for acne scarring, hyperpigmentation and rosacea, as well as the the visible signs of ageing.
It can be used to improve the skin of any area, but will be particularly useful for the face, including the under eye area, neck, décolletage and hands.
Studies have shown impressive results, such as a 115% increase in skin hydration, over 50% increase in skin thickness, 47% increase in collagen production, and 38% increase in skin elasticity. PhilArt Eye
Specifically designed for the eye contour / periorbital area. Its purpose is to reduce fine, superficial wrinkles and crow’s feet, as well as to help treat sagging upper eyelids and dark circles.
It provides a helpful solution to revive and refresh tired-looking eyes. The product can be used in younger patients as an anti-aging (or preventative) treatment. For more mature patients, it can help improve skin structure and elasticity, as well as support the remodelling of skin areas with high fibrous content such as striae and scars.

Helps reduce fine wrinkles, increases collagen production and synthesis, improves skin texture and elasticity and boosts hydration.
Can help rejuvenate the skin on the face, including the forehead, arches of the eyebrow, periorbital and the cheekbone area, neck, décolletage, and hands. The product can also help improve scars, stretch marks and acne scars.
PhilArt Next
Combines polynucleotides with hyaluronic acid to promote hydration and grow new collagen.
It can rejuvenate and improve skin quality whilst also providing support to restore the skin’s elasticity. Ideal for rejuvenating mature or dehydrated skin and can help with acne and acne scars.
Plenhyage XL
Available in medium and strong.
Medium is recommended to treat less severe ageing and skin concerns and can be used on the periocular area to treat dark circles and restore skin. Strong tackles deep wrinkles and acne scars and can be used on other parts of the body including the upper, mid and lower face, the neck, décolletage, inner arms, thighs and knees.
* With the PhilArt range it is recommended to have a course of 3-4 treatments 3-4 weeks apart
** With the Phenhyage XL range it is recommended to have a course of 2-3 treatments 4 weeks apart.
Treatment details
A comprehensive consultation will take place before treatment.
Your photographs, complete medical history and consent for treatment will be taken. Desires and expectations will be discussed.
Dr Hazel can use a topical numbing cream if required. However, this is not necessary as the procedure is generally well-tolerated (this takes an additional 20 minutes).
Skin will be cleaned thoroughly before treatment and the polynucleotide gel injected into the treatment area.

Aftercare Advice
- You may have tiny blebs just visible, which is where the product has been left on your skin. This will dissipate over a few hours but may take longer in some patients.
- Avoid any other facial treatments for 72 hours
- Avoid touching or washing your face for 4 hours
- Avoid make-up for 12 hours
